Honest sizing: this file is roughly 64,000 tokens. Tools that attach a file and retrieve from it handle that comfortably; a small paste-in instructions box will not. For Claude, the plugin below is the better fit—it loads one reference at a time instead of all of them.

Download shine.plugin and drag it into a Claude Code or Cowork chat. It carries the same knowledge as the file above plus the blueprint region maps, including broadcast and editorial layouts and their authored source, and it loads one reference at a time rather than all of them at once.
